Before joining PRD, Daniel developed strategic proposals to deliver socioeconomic regeneration for over 25 projects procured under the Private Finance Initiative (PFI). As well as leading the development of pan-consortium strategic proposals during Competitive Dialogue, Daniel had responsibility for leading the implementation of these proposals on live projects. His experience includes the following sectors:
