PRD x REDO: A Better Approach to Affordable Workspace
Over the past year here at PRD we’ve been working closely with our good friends at REDO, our clients and partners to push for a better approach to delivering public value from assets, we believe that affordable workspace and civic amenity are essential tools in delivering the inclusive, locally-driven recovery that our towns and communities need and deserve.
Together with REDO we’ve published a series of articles on this that we’ve collated into our call to action ‘A Better Approach to Affordable Workspace: The Opportunity To act’, which you can access below:

It was also our great pleasure to sponsor and debate this topic recently with some of the leading ‘thinkers and doers’ about this subject:
- Dan Partridge participated in an excellent panel session chaired by Future of London, which can be viewed online here.
- Chris Paddock chaired a fantastic Future of London podcast with Ian Williams from London Borough of Hackney and Sara Turnbull from Work Wild about the lessons learnt from delivering and operating affordable workspace in Dalston. Find out more and listen here.
There’s so much to discuss and much more to do. Please get in touch if you’d like to know more or join the conversation!
