Chris Paddock

Chris Paddock is a Director at PRD. Chris has 15 years’ experience of working in economic development and regeneration, leading on a wide variety of assignments for the public, private and third sectors. He has broad technical know-how including the HMT Green Book and Business Case production. He has also led significant strategy work in London and the South East. He has previously authored the Creative Enterprise Zone strategy for Blackhorse Lane in Waltham Forest and Tottenham. In addition, he has completed the Creative and Digital Industries Strategy work for Lewisham, and developed a new economic strategy and proposition for Brighton City Region. He has previously led creative and digital business mapping for Enterprise M3 LEP, South London Partnership and the London Boroughs of Haringey and Tower Hamlets.
He has recently developed economic visions and action plans for Brixton, Waterloo West and Whitechapel. Chris has also provided economic strategy inputs for masterplans in Whitechapel, Woolwich, Tolworth and Hounslow Town Centre as well as leading the West Norwood and Tulse Hill Masterplan refresh.
Chris has provided policy advice to local, regional and central government organisations. Chris has advised on the evolution of the Tech sector in East and South London and has supported the evolution of creative industries in Tottenham and Walthamstow. Chris has undertaken a number of commercial property studies for several London boroughs and Local Enterprise Partnerships. He has advised on sector and workspace policy for a number of areas and supported the Greater Essex Economic Commission.
