PRD is retained by Guy's and St. Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust (GSTT) to provide strategic development consultancy advice and project support for GSTT’s proposed £6bn regeneration of the Westminster Bridge and London Bridge campuses. PRD worked alongside the client in their offices to provide on demand advice on all property-related matters on this proposed 15-year development project.
Recent work streams have included developing proposals for strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and land-owners; providing the evidence and information that generates support from the governance teams; and identifying and working up proposals for the assets that will allow decants in the short-term and will further capitalise on the regeneration uplift in the long-term.
PRD has developed a range of development viability models that have helped guide the work programme with a focus on scheme viability. We have also supported the soft-market testing of ideas with developers, investors and occupiers, particularly in the MedTech and Life Sciences sectors, and have managed external consultants on behalf of the GSTT to ensure that they receive the best advice possible.
