PRD supported HS2 in developing a strategic business case focusing on the need to establish a central delivery body to support the realisation of HS2 growth and regeneration ambitions around station locations. 

The work involved looking at a number of strategic and priority delivery areas along the HS2 route and establishing the development and regeneration potential at each location along with a variety of value capture mechanisms.
