PRD supported London & Continental Railways (LCR) to develop the HS2 Leeds Station Masterplan which is a regeneration focused Masterplan that aims to open-up, stimulate and shapethe development of large areas of South Leeds.

PRD supported LCR through the Masterplanning process by identifying strategies to extract significant integrated value and benefits through development and commercialisation approaches, whilst also working with Leeds City Council (LCC) to ensure that the proposals knit in with LCC’s (now adopted) wider Strategic Regeneration Framework.

PRD later advised LCR and LCC on establishing a public sector Joint Venture to deliver the wider regeneration benefits and capture the value from the infrastructure investment.
