Investment Prospectus for London Stansted Cambridge Corridor (LSCC)

Together with Hatch, PRD developed an investment prospectus for London Stansted Cambridge Consortium (LSCC), the UK’s Innovation Corridor.

LSCC is home to some of the fastest growing areas in the UK’s economy and as such as presents significant investment opportunities for both domestic and international businesses and institutions. As such, it has a key role to play at the vanguard of the UK’s skills and growth strategy.

The key aims of the development prospectus are to support LSCC and its membership of local government bodies to:

  • Examine the evidence base to identify the key characteristics, strengths and challenges of the socioeconomic landscape across the LSCC area
  • Refine the key investment opportunity and messages for communication to a range of national and international stakeholder groups in order to afford influence to LSCC and secure inward investment.
  • Propose key strategic and operational responses to be further developed and pursued by LSCC in order to support the furtherment of its aims and objectives.
