Rosa Sulley
Senior Consultant
Rosa is a Senior Consultant with experience in socio-economic development and place-based regeneration. She has delivered a wide range of projects across London, the UK and internationally and has a strong interest in projects focused on creating positive economic and social change for local communities. Prior to joining PRD, Rosa worked in Hatch UK’s Urban Solutions team. She also has an MSc in the Sustainable Development of Cities.
Rosa has led projects for public, private and third sector clients, including various London Borough’s, district councils, property developers and social enterprises. This work has included place-based economic analysis and impact assessment, economic strategy and vision development, securing public sector funding, social research and social value assessment.
Recent studies that she has led include the Central Bedfordshire Economic Strategy, The Bay Prosperity and Resilience Strategy, the Economic and Social impact of the Bakerloo Line Extension and Grantham town centre’s successful Future High Street Fund Business Case.
