Simon Evans
Associate Director
Simon specialises in development and regeneration consultancy with a particular focus on option assessments, routes to delivery, joint venture structures, financial modelling and project management in the pre-construction phases. He joined PRD in 2018, having previously worked at Lambert Smith Hampton for 10 years where he worked with both public and private institutions.
In addition to his development and regeneration expertise, Simon has experiences across a number of complimentary fields including investment, asset management and property valuation. He uses this wider knowledge-base to provide more market-facing and holistic advice to his clients.
At PRD, Simon’s principle focus is advising on public sector projects from concept through to planning. An example role over the last 2 years has been providing development advice to Guy's and St. Thomas' Hospital on their ambitious £4bn, 15-year regeneration proposal across the Westminster Bridge and London Bridge campuses. This workload has involved forming strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and landowners to activate opportunities, identifying proposals and structures to release value, devising optimal pathways to delivery, and supporting the commercial and financial business cases that guide the decision-making at Board level.
